Viime eduskuntakauden 2019–2023 Mykkänen johti kokoomuksen eduskuntaryhmää. Koulutukseltaan hän on valtiotieteen maisteri, ekonomisti.
Kai Mykkänen on työskennellyt aiemmin Elinkeinoelämän Keskusliitolla johtajana, elinkeinoministerin erityisavustajana, ekonomistina ja toimitusjohtajan sijaisena East Officella, seniorikonsulttina BearingPointilla sekä rahoituspäällikkönä Sampo Pankilla Pietarissa.

Esa-Matti Puputti is an EVP of Operational Excellence & Sustainability at Kemira, where he is globally responsible for Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Product Safety and Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) as well as Sustainability. Esa-Matti is a member of Kemira’s Management Board. Esa-Matti joinned Kemira from Fazer, where he was responsible for sourcing, manufacturing and logistics. Before Fazer time Esa-Matti was responsible for Smart Devices Manufacturing at Nokia. He has 13 years of experience at Nokia, holding global leadership roles in Customer Logistics, regional Operations and Logistics, and strategic operational development across multiple countries. Earlier in his career Esa-Matti worked seven years at ABB, latest position as Vice President, Technology in ABB Corporate Research Ltd. He received a Master of Science and Licentiate in Technology degrees from the Oulu University in Finland.

Heli Helaakoski is the Vice President of Cognitive Production Industry at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Oulu and has over two decades of experience in intelligent manufacturing technologies. Leading a team of 120 experts, Heli focuses on autonomous industry development, including themes like Industry 4.0 (AI, data, robotics, additive manufacturing) and Industry 5.0 (sustainability, supply chain management, safety). She is also active in European research activities as a digitalisation leader in A. Spire, the European process industry association.
